JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Site Quality (Civil)1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Major Activities & Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators• Understanding and implementation of civil foundation quality control plan requirements at site.• Implementation of foundation design documentation at site.• Testing and witness of cubes, raw material at site and testing labs.• To ensure the effective implementation of IS codes in execution of foundation castings at site.• Ensure the implementation of mix design recipes in batching plants.• Incoming & in process inspection of foundation raw materials and batching plants.• Reporting of civil activities at corporate office.• Interpretation of external agency reports for soil investigate on, core tests etc.• Customer observations handling for foundation casting.• Road survey and construction inspection for internal transportation at site.• Co-ordination with third party inspection agencies for foundation inspection.▪ % compliance with the quality.▪ Nile repeat defect. 2. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications Functional Skills Relevant and total years of Experience • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering • Good Knowledge on Civil Quality work at the site.• Should be willing to travel extensively.• Proper documentation knowledge as per ISO 9001 requirement.• Total 2-5 years of experience in Civil Quality activities in heavy construction site
