JD:
- Support in planning and execution of all events, including team-building activities, celebrations, recognition programs, workshops, and conferences. This includes overseeing logistics and on-site coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible rates.
- Working knowledge/Familiarity with design and video editing software preferred.
- Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in all logistical arrangements.
- Research and propose new and innovative engagement activities and materials.
- Gather employee feedback on events and engagement initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR to promote employee events and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in creating and disseminating internal communications to all employees
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, employer branding, internal communications in a GCC/ corporate environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
