Job Description:
Maintain & update documents related with preventive, predictive maintenance and Electrical circuit.
Responsible for troubleshooting & repairing of Electrical & electronic failure On various makes of grinding, turing, honning, SPM and heat treating, tool room equipment.
Active participation in machine modification, upgradation, rebuilding, pokayoke implementation, maintenance planning activities.
This will be accomplished through their knowledge and utilization to repair electronic equipment’s maintain & monitor electronic spare parts.
Lead the team to achieve departmental goal and targets.
Motivate the sub ordinates for team building and achievement of Targets.
Monitor the target and prepare and execute the action plan of deviating targets.

May be required to train an apprentice.
Must possess superior problem solving abilities, as problems may not be readily apparent due to vague symptoms and incomplete facts. Further investigation, which is generally confined to the work related is necessary.
Read and write materials including advanced job instructions, instruction manuals, and business correspondence.
Must demonstrate a superior level of proficiency in the following areas; safety, product requirements, quality requirements, documentation integrity, machine preventative maintenance, work ethics etc.
