1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (graduate degree preferred) 2. 8-10 years of experience in Cement industry. 3. Reviews the installed electrical work to determine if it is in accordance with the design documents. 4. Reviews electrical testing forms completed by the Contractor to ensure they appropriately documented and signed off. 5. Assists with the coordination of electrical commissioning. 6. Performs periodic inspections of the commissioning progress. 7. Maintains a deficiency list of electrical issues identified during the site visits. 8. Reports to the Commissioning Manager. Witnesses commissioning. 9. Attending commissioning meetings. 10. Act promptly on items of work indicated in commissioning meeting minutes. 11. Work with other team members to derive a realistic commissioning schedule. 12. Ensure commissioning schedule is maintained. 13. Provide required documentation promptly. 14. Cooperate with the other commissioning team members to complete the project as efficiently as possible (this is to everyone’s benefit). 15. Provision of O&M documentation of Contractor supplied equipment. 16. Submitting vendor equipment start‐up and testing procedures with safety information. 17. Preparing system/equipment specific installation checklists (ICL). 18. Submit completed Installation Checklists and Performance Verification forms. 19. Performing start‐up, testing and performance verification activities with input/participation of major manufacturer’s representatives within Commissioning Team activities. 20. Submission of field and classroom lessons, plans and training instructors. 21. Provision of training on Contractor supplied equipment and systems for commissioning and for operations and maintenance.
