 Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, installation teams and end
customer to ensure timely and successful project completion.
 Quality Control: Perform Inspection, quality checks and system testing to ensure the
solar installations meet performance expectations and operational standards.
 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all designs and installations comply with local
DISCOM and national electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Qualifications:
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Certification in
solar energy systems is an advantage.
 Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in electrical design for residential solar
energy systems. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in solar design software’s like PV-syst, AutoCAD,
Staad Pro and other relevant design tools.
 Knowledge: In-depth understanding of solar energy technologies, electrical system
design, and industry regulations.
 Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to explain complex technical concepts to clients and team members.
 Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to
identifying and resolving issues.
 Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and
manage multiple projects efficiently.
