Key Responsibilities
- Document Management: Collect, scan, and upload documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- File Maintenance: Create and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for all project documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Document Distribution: Distribute controlled copies of information as directed, ensuring document tracking and distribution logs are accurately updated.
- Version Control: Track document versions and maintain up-to-date records of revised documents.
- Compliance & Audits: Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant standards and participate in audits to ensure document accuracy and integrity.
- Support to Project Teams: Work closely with project managers and other teams to provide document support and troubleshoot any issues with document access or distribution.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input data as required and assist with producing regular reports on document control status.
