They ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and alignment with client objectives by managing resources, timelines, and cross-functional teams across various digital platforms, such as websites and email marketing. The role involves effective coordination with designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management / coordination
Project Management & Execution:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns efficiently.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Communicate regularly with internal teams, external partners, and clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Address concerns, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Understanding of website performance metrics, SEO, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to digital campaigns.
