Position - Dialysis TechnicianRequired Attributes : 1-2 years of experienceThe candidate should be able to travel to both hospitals and patients' homes. The candidate should preferably have a two-wheeler for easier transportation. Responsibility 

1. Initial education of patients on the renal replacement therapy
2.  Flushing at Catheter Insertion
3.  Train patients/care giver on the process of peritoneal dialysis and education on how to avoid infection
4.  Visit patients for follow up and undertake a complete re call of the patients compliance to earlier instruction
5.  Guide the patient / care taker through the entire process of peritoneal dialysis exchange including room set up, hand washing, exit site care, dressing and actual exchange
6.  Prepare a detailed note on observations including biochemistry reports and share with care taker/ patient and clinical TL
