For Diabetes awareness, education & engagement
 You will be coordinating closely with Project Manager and center Head (HCP)
You must fulfill your assigned roles and responsibilities for your designated center and
the catering population, collaborating with HCPs to ensure the smooth operation of daily
outpatient activities.Provide timely feedback to the Reporting Manager and maintain accurate reporting data.
 You will ensure to deliver diabetes educational and training programs
Disseminate education/counseling and support to align with the project objectives and
health center's specific priorities, opportunities, and needs.
Should conduct routine activities for continual stakeholder engagement in the field.
For example, offer in-depth educational sessions for individuals with diabetes and their
caregivers focusing on diabetes management, treatment strategies, and self-care
practices.
Additionally, create and present interactive sessions, workshops, and seminars to
educate your target audience about diabetes management at your center
