Primary Responsibilities:
A. Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership:
·Lead and develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's short-term and long-term business objectives.
·Design and execute workforce planning initiatives to ensure the timely acquisition of top-tier talent across all functions.
·Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and develop customized talent pipelines for key roles.
·Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
B. Team Leadership & Development:
·Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters, talent acquisition partners, and coordinators.
·Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.
·Develop and implement ongoing training and development programs to elevate the capabilities of the recruitment team.
·Establish clear performance metrics and drive team success through regular feedback and recognition.
C. Operational Excellence & Execution:
·Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality in the hiring process.
·Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure streamlined operations, data integrity, and compliance with hiring processes.
·Implement strategies to enhance candidate experience, improve time-to-fill, and optimize cost-per-hire.
·Monitor key recruitment KPIs and lead efforts to continuously optimize recruitment effectiveness and scalability.
D. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:
·Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance employer brand and position the company as an employer of choice.
·Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process to foster a diverse workforce.
·Develop and execute targeted recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
E. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership:
·Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and hiring managers, to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
·Provide counsel and expertise to leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent retention strategies.
·Collaborate with the HR and business leadership teams to forecast future talent requirements and align recruitment strategies with business growth.
F. Data-Driven Decision Making:
·Utilize data and analytics to drive insights and make informed decisions about recruitment strategies, pipeline health, and team performance.
·Develop and report on talent acquisition performance dashboards to senior leadership and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
G. Change Management & Innovation:
·Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the talent acquisition function.
·Lead change management initiatives related to recruitment processes, technologies, and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
