The organization is committed to providing exceptional cancer care through cutting-edge immunotherapy. Based in New Delhi, the center has extended its services to numerous major cities across India.
The details are below:
- Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive offline marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
- Identify new opportunities to promote the clinic’s services and increase patient footfall.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Brand Promotion & Positioning:
- Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent brand messaging across all offline channels.
- Lead initiatives to position the Center as a trusted leader in cancer treatment.
- Manage brand reputation and ensure all marketing materials align with the clinic’s vision and mission.
- Campaign Management:
- Design, implement and oversee offline marketing campaigns including print media, outdoor advertising and brochures.
- Collaborate with vendors and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize them for maximum impact.
- Community Outreach & Event Management:
- Organize and manage healthcare events, camps, seminars and workshops to increase community engagement.
- Build relationships with local healthcare professionals, hospitals and community leaders for brand promotions and patient referrals.
- Drive hospital outreach programs to connect with potential patients and raise awareness about cancer treatment options.
- Referral Program Management:
- Develop and manage a robust referral system with local doctors and healthcare providers to generate patient referrals.
- Foster relationships with oncology specialists and general practitioners to promote referrals to the clinic.
- Patient Engagement & Communication:
- Create marketing strategies focused on patient engagement, retention and experience improvement.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to develop patient education materials and guides that emphasize the center’s treatment approaches.
- Oversee the creation of newsletters, brochures and offline patient communication strategies.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for market differentiation.
- Regularly analyse patient feedback, market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaboration with Clinical Teams:
- Work closely with the clinic’s medical team to align marketing initiatives with treatment protocols and service offerings.
- Ensure that medical content used in marketing campaigns is accurate and adheres to healthcare regulations.
- Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing direction and support in executing offline marketing initiatives.
- Ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools in the healthcare sector.
- Set clear goals, provide feedback and manage team performance to achieve marketing objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, including advertising standards and patient data protection.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all promotional content follows industry guidelines.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- Analyse ROI from offline marketing initiatives and adjust strategies to improve results.
- Present marketing performance reports on to senior management, outlining successes, challenges and future plans.
