Essential: Experience in Costing and Budgeting of Water and Wastewater projects (Effluent Treatment Plants, STPS, WTPs, Desalination Plants, UGD, Water Supply Projects etc)
Experience & Skill set:
20-25 years of experience in Costing and Budgeting of WWW projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage the finalization of bid price, technical and commercial bids by analyzing the risks and benefits of the project.
Initiate the process for ensuring that tender documents are properly analyzed & evaluated and all specific requirements of tenders are met before submission.
Finalize pre-bid queries and attend the Client pre-bid meetings.
Guide the Team for the preparation of Rate Analysis of different items & tender documentation, which included construction schedule, resource planning, cash flow statements as well as calculation of indirect costs.
Impart the knowledge and guiding the Team for ensuring appropriate understanding of terms & conditions of the tender documents.

Finalize specifications, BOQ of WWW projects as per tender requirements.
Provide appropriate inputs on the quotations received for various materials and subcontractor works to ensure adherence to the laid norms.
Regularly visiting the project sites to conduct the feasibility/ preliminary surveys and submitted site inspection reports to the senior management.
Interface and consult various departments like Legal, Taxation, HR, Finance and Execution to gather their observations on different aspects of the project.
