 Support failures of Automation in QA Test Phase
 Write or update QA cases in TestRail (these are regression test cases)
 Submit defects
 Retest fixed defects
 Analyze any warranty issues to make changes to existing functions
 Implement process improvements to ensure less warranty issues in future PSIs
 Assist in execution of manual test cases as needed
 Review and rewrite manual test cases in preparation of automation
 Send management daily reporting for statuses
 Review and correct defects for Correct RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
What we need from you:
 Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant
work experience
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing or Project Management
 Previous experience using API and UI Automation Frameworks such as Selenium, ReadyAPI, Postman and
Playwrite, Pytest
 Experience in release management within a financial services and/or outsourcing environment is a plus
 Ability to be credible in communications with internal partners, executive personnel and clients
 Strong Microsoft Applications preferred
