The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in thefollowing areas:
1) Experience in Basic engineering, Detailed engineering of Control systems
& Field sensors.
2) Experience of conducting research to inform the design and engineering
methods required for the control systems & field sensors.
3) Preparation and review of Field sensors datasheets, drawings, field
wiring, JB Layouts, Instrument list and develop engineering schedule.
4) Experience in PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Schneider) design:
Hardware Design, Configuration, System Architecture,
Schematics, PLC Cabinet Drawings, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site
Acceptance Test (SAT) Procedures and Site startup.
5) IEC 61508 & 61511 Standards including SIL allocation, SIL verification, SIS
design, risk assessments can be added advantage.
