Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
o Oversee the processing of customer orders, ensuring delivery schedules.
o Coordinate with engineering, production planning, procurement, operations,
accounts and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
o Ensure smooth transition from order booking to invoicing.

o Track order status and provide regular updates to FES/customers and internal
stakeholders.
o Ensure timely drawing approvals & customer inspections to meet customer
deliveries & revenue targets.
o Manage order changes and cancellations effectively.
Customer Coordination:
o Act as the primary point of contact for FES/customers regarding order status,
delivery timelines and any potential issues.
o Maintain strong relationships internally with various functions to address any
concerns & ensure timely execution of orders.
Reporting and Documentation:
o Prepare and submit regular reports on order execution performance, including
delivery schedules, backlogs and customer feedback.
o Maintain accurate records of all order-related documentation for auditing and
future reference.
Problem-Solving:
o Identify and resolve issues related to order execution, delays etc.
o Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve the overall process.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Operations
Management or related field.
o Minimum 5 years of experience in order execution or project management.
o Previous experience in the electrical panel or LV/MV switchgear manufacturing
industry is highly preferred, also experience in export orders.
o Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and
priorities simultaneously.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
o Strong knowledge of ERP software and other order management systems.
o Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
o Strong individual contributor with problem-solving skills.
