Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a tech or community-focused environment.
- Excellent skills in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Proficiency in Tableau for creating and maintaining dashboards.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data reports to track key metrics and trends related to community engagement and user behavior.
- Design, build, and manage Tableau dashboards, ensuring they are user-friendly and updated regularly with accurate data.
- Monitor platform analytics regularly to identify any unusual patterns or irregularities, conducting in-depth analyses to understand underlying causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data visualization.
