2. Data Entry • Record conversations (verbatims) and data on platforms like forms and excel in an organized way that can be further used for analysis
3. Language Fluency • Fluent in at least 3 of the mentioned languages – English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil
4. Punctuality • Ensure adherence to targets, timelines and processes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education and/ or specific experience • Graduation (any degree)
Skills and/or knowledge • Excellent conversational/communication, presentation and organization skills
