Position: Talent Experience Analyst Function: Employee Life Cycle Management (ELM)Location: DelhiWhat do you drive for us? In this role within the temp staffing industry, you are responsible for managing the complete Employee Life Cycle of talents deputed at client sites. You act as the key point of contact for clients and their deputies, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.A typical day at work would look like:- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by meeting operational expectations and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- Talent Onboarding & Administration: Manage end-to-end operations of temp staffing clients, including onboarding, induction, talent bank account updating, salary revisions, contract extensions, transfers, terminations, and exits.- Compliance & Records: Verify the completeness of talent records, and handle labor compliance queries in coordination with the compliance team. Ensure HR compliance is in line with client audit requirements.- Policy Implementation: Implement policies and procedures for personnel administration and ensure adherence.- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as SSC, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams, to ensure SLA adherence.- Invoice Coordination: Work with the invoicing team to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation, as well as timely payouts to talents.How are you getting assessed?
