Key Responsibilities:
- SAP ERP Booking Process:
- Receive bookings from the sales team and record them accurately in the SAP system.
- Invoice Generation:
- Generate invoices in SAP as per the booking details and the predefined payment plan.
- Document Generation:
- Create and manage essential documents such as:
- Agreement for Sale (AFS).
- Allotment Letters.
- Conveyance Deeds.
- Possession Documents.
- Create and manage essential documents such as:
- Payment Collection & Management:
- Record payment entries in the SAP system.
- Provide timely payment updates and reports to the finance team.
- Share payment receipts with customers through online communication and courier services.
- MIS Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prepare regular MIS reports for management review, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Customer Coordination:
- Address customer inquiries regarding payment receipts and related documentation promptly and professionally.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in SAP ERP, particularly in booking and invoicing processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple processes simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and coordination with internal teams.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector.
