Objective of this position
- Provides support to the project/proposal. Improves Cost Control and Risk Mgmt tools and procedures.
- Ensures that Cost Control and Risk Mgmt on project is in compliance with Company standards.
Major responsibilities and function of this position
- Sets up Cost Control Procedures
- Review and approve up Budgets and the specific tool to follow the project costs
- Monitor and Control of Project Cost.
- Review and approve Cost Overrun / Savings Analysis for each Cost Elements.
- Estimate Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes
- Reviews Monthly CTC with detail Backups.
- Carries-out statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals
- Contribute to Lessons Learned through the Project.
- Reviews risk across all areas of the project through organization of regular risk assessment sessions with various areas, functional managers..
- Ensures that appropriate mitigation actions are agreed and are being implemented. This includes ensuring ownership of all risks.
- Tracks and reports on risk management key performance indicators and takes appropriate actions to ensure KPI’s are tracked in a positive manner.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Experience: 10+ Years
Industry Specific: EPC – Advanced Manufacturing like Electronics, Semiconductor, Battery Material Manufacturing Facilities and Foods & Pharmaceuticals Factories [EPC industry exp is must]
Competencies required for the job
Knowledge: Deep Understanding and Knowledge of Estimation, Cost Control and Risk Management of Domestic and International EPC projects
Cross Functional: Good knowledge of Financial Management, Contracts Management, and Project Execution.
Skills: Negotiation skills; Setting out priorities and managing the time; Solution providing skills; Interviewing & Assessment skills
