Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee clinic operations, including staffing, patient flow, and clinical performance.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and consistency across clinics.
Ensure that clinics meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
Monitor and improve clinic infrastructure, technology, and equipment for optimal performance.
Financial Management:
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of each clinic.
Drive cost-efficiency without compromising quality of care.
Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Maximize profitability through effective resource allocation, expense control, and revenue growth.
Patient Experience & Quality Control:
Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and maintain quality standards across all clinics.
Implement systems to track and enhance patient outcomes and feedback.
Develop programs to improve patient retention, loyalty, and referral networks.
Growth & Expansion:
Lead expansion initiatives, including opening new clinics and entering new markets.
Collaborate with the business development team to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee clinic renovations, relocations, or new site setups, ensuring timely execution.
Oversee marketing plan is in line with the revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Development:
Provide leadership to clinic managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and patient-centric care.
Drive continuous training and development programs for staff at all levels.
Implement performance evaluation systems and provide coaching to improve staff efficiency.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic vision.
Identify key areas for innovation and lead initiatives for improvement.
Ensure alignment of operational goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and clinical guidelines.
Develop risk management strategies to mitigate operational, financial, and clinical risks.
Lead the implementation of safety protocols and ensure clinics adhere to all safety standards.
Technology Integration:
Implement and manage healthcare software systems (EMRs, CRM) to improve clinical and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and innovations in dermatology and healthcare.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience (7+ years) in operational leadership roles, ideally in healthcare or dermatology clinics.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative teams.
Experience with multi-site operations is highly desirable.
