4-6 years of experience in Technology Consulting and Business Analysis, or related
fields
 Translation of customer requirements into solution design with the ability to guide clients
through the decision-making process and consult on best practices or business changes
which will improve their solution and experience
 Strong technology and business acumen with matching problem-solving skills (business
and technical)
 Deep understanding of SDLC, RDBMS data structures, and database concepts
 Strong skills in SQL development
 Prior experience with the relevant domain(s)
 System integration experience and troubleshooting skills
 Ability to work as functional lead on assigned projects and oversee the work of others as
needed while driving customer outcomes
 Outstanding service-orientation, strong interpersonal and communication skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (business and technical)
 Past experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
 Self-aware, motivated, coachable, and able to work seamlessly as part of a larger team
 Able to work with minimal or no oversight
