Job Description
- Facilitate communication between the board, committees, and other stakeholder
- Maintain company records, organize meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Leading for Secretarial Audit
- Coordinating with Finance team in closure of FS, arranging of Director’s report, Annual Return
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations, and ensure the company complies with them
- Leading issuance of funding instruments.
- Ensure entity Compliances as required i.e. under FEMA, Charges/mortgage on credit facilities, Insurance
- Lead CSR initiatives required as per compliance & company policies.
- Work with external regulators, legal counsel, and auditors
- Lead & Ensure the Internal Controls be functional
- Work along with respective team members to prepare the ERM & Business Contingency Plan.
Requirements:
- Qualified CS with 4-7 Years of Post qualification exp
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Must be Fluent in English
- Good Command on MS Excel & Powerpoint.
