Advise the board on governance matters, corporate laws, and regulatory affairs.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Ensure proper execution of resolutions and compliance with board directives.
Manage stakeholder communication, including shareholders and regulatory bodies.
Oversee corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions from a compliance perspective.
Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and recommend necessary actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) from ICSI.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, governance, and compliance frameworks.
Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience:
Experience in corporate governance, legal advisory, and compliance management.
Preferred:
Exposure to listed companies or large corporates.
Understanding of SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
