This position will work closely with the SEA HUB to oversee the development and management of
our business, and liaise closely with the Distributor/ other Retail channels (eg. Nykaa, Sephora,
TIRA) to develop and build other business opportunities.
You will report directly to the GM SEA based in Singapore
What will you be doing?
• Looking out for new opportunities and parties to establish, develop, and maintain
collaborations within the Indian market. To grow the brand, in line with the global strategy.
• Provide input for the marketing strategy for the Indian market. Help to translate this to
tactical plans and execute this.
• Partner with the Central SEA hub to develop, lead and deliver omnichannel initiatives of
marketing channels, including pre-campaign analysis and planning, campaign
management, testing, post-campaign strategy and recommendations for future and
continuous optimization.• Work closely with the Distributor team on their monthly forecasting and maintain adequate
inventory at the country level.
• Actively contact and network to gain and maintain high quality partnerships to gain and
build awareness for our presence in India.
• Serve 6-class campaigns and other omnichannel initiatives across different channels.
• Initiate and execute the seller model activities- specifically looking at new avenues of
growth- be it through building a healthy E-commerce (Marketplace) business or establishing
a footprint in the Retail space with Sephora, Department stores. Etc.
• Jointly co-own the country P&L with the GM-SEA and regularly drive commercial
optimization to improve upon it
• Responsible for achieving financial targets and provide corresponding business analysis
(weekly, monthly and quarterly)
• Responsible for local PR, social and influencer planning and execution including managing
the local PR agency/ Creative agency and/or Media agency relationship and all associated
activities. To increase brand awareness and build the brand
• Occasionally translate text – copy and content- from English to Hindi.
• Owning your market. You will be our eyes and ears in the India market. Always up to date
with the latest novities, opportunities and risks. Know what is trending and what is where
we should invest.
• Have a keen sense of data- and shareing market,trade and consumer insights with the
Central team to give knowledge on the market situation.
What will you bring:
• Bachelor level education, within Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimal 5-7 Years of experience in a comparable Commercial role in India.
• Omni channel experience is a must
• Experience within beauty/skincare is not required, but plus.
• Experience within a Direct-to-Consumer environment or working experience within a
consumer brand can be a plus.
• Strong Commercial mindset to develop Go-to-market models for different channel
partnerships
• Result oriented, constantly looking for optimization and new opportunities.
• Team player. Able to convince and activate others to accomplish the required results.
• Trustworthy and great at communication.
