Industry: Automobile Car & Commercial Vehicles with relevant experience of telematics
Duties & Responsibilities:
Vehicle tack and trace for pan India and give proactive service support before leads major failure.
Remote predictive diagnostics support
Incidence Management (For Breakdown, Critical Complaint, Online Diagnosis)
Creating Service Advisory for customer fleet based on data received from telematics.
Tracking Service campaign and Service reminders.
Customer compliant management (Driver and Customer Handling on critical cases)
Monthly reports/MIS and Analytics.
Fleet Health management.
Shadow Tracking on Vehicle scheduled service and Customer feedback
Preferred Job Knowledge:
Experience in uptime / call centre supporting heavy commercial vehicle customers.
Service planning.
Experience with commercial vehicles servicing
Technical knowledge on vehicle
Enhanced skills on PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office Word (Office 365) and reports
Skills:

Preferred: Excellency in MS Excel, Big data analysis
