 Experience operating CNC Turning machines.
 Knowledge about GD&T
 A working knowledge of inspection methods and measuring instruments.
 Ability of setting critical component. (Aerospace, Aerospace tooling’s, oil &
Gas, Nuclear Projects etc.)
 Knowledge of machining processes (turning, taper turning, thread cutting,
canned cycles, drilling, grooving etc.)
 Knowledge of cutting tools. (Turning insert, boring insert grooving insert,
threading insert etc.)
 Basic understanding of blueprints and engineering drawings.
 Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks on machines.
 Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
 Basic understanding of 5S.
 Ability to maintain accurate production records, including tracking materials
and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
 Troubleshooting and resolving machine malfunctions and tooling problems.
 Ability to work in all 3shifts.
