SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:● Responsible for managing and growing the Home Loan or Given Product
business within a cluster/Location.
● Responsible for sales management and revenue generation within the
cluster/Location. Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book
movement of the Cluster/Location.
● In addition, provide quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all
assigned personnel, while ensuring that clients receive superior client service
quality.
● Working as an independent profit Centre Head, Responsible for Profit and
Loss and Balance Sheet Management, generating business for various
banking products like Home loans, Loan against Property, Car loans,
Education Loan Savings & Current Accounts, etc.
● Taking various initiatives to increase customer penetration for sales.
● Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target
organizations for business development.
● Responsible for recruiting Sales Managers, Sales executives thereby penetrating to
the markets in improving businesses and over achieving the targets.
● Guiding and responsible for recruiting Connector through the Sales Manager to
achieve the targets.
● Responsible for driving and achieving profitability for the Location allotted. ●Responsible for driving and ensuring a clean portfolio by complete quality sourcing.
● Responsible for improving mortgage business in the allotted territory.
● Responsible for Quality Monitoring and Training the team with Best market
practices to improve Brand Service with business. And also for New Leaders.
