Manager of Clinics
Location         :  Nagpur/Delhi/Hyderabad/Noida/Agra
Reports to:  General Manager - Clinics

Lead daily operations of the fertility clinic. Convert and retain customers in clinics to establish a steady revenue stream. Accountable for clinic revenue, profits, and team management.

1. Grow annual revenue run rate to ₹5 crores by the end of year one
   1. Convert 90% of consultations to product purchases during 1st visit to the clinic
   2. Achieve repeat consultation of 50%
2. Achieve EBITDA margin of 30% by 4 months from launch
3. Maintain top-grade operations and service delivery
   1. Hire and manage clinic staff and upkeep of the clinic facilities
   2. Ensure timely inventory backfill of medicines and other supplies
   3. Comply with SOP to achieve clinic operations excellence
4. Deliver monthly sales & expense reports that are 95% accurate
5. Conduct periodic training programs for clinic staff
6. Create customer-centric service-focus culture
   1. Deliver top-notch customer experience at the waiting area and reception
   2. Ensure service consistency across 500+ customers visiting every month

• Candidates with experience in the healthcare space, especially fertility clinics preferred
• Proven track record in managing exclusive brand outlets (EBO)
• Core skills required - Operations management and service excellence
• Has the knack to take ownership and independently manage clinic operations
• Prior experience in PnL accountability. Thrives in an ambiguous business environment.
