Key Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the aesthetics or beauty Clinics
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of beauty and aesthetic treatments, trends, and regulatory compliance.
• Customer-focused mind-set with problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in clinic management software and MS Office Suite.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

• Experience working in a premium beauty or aesthetic clinic.
• Understanding of dermatology and cosmetic procedures.
• Certification in aesthetics or cosmetology (preferred but not mandatory).

 

Job Summary:

 

The Centre Head is responsible for the overall management and operations of the Skin & Wellness clinic. This includes driving business growth, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The role requires a strategic mind-set, leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the aesthetics and beauty industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Operational Management:

 

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care.
• Ensure proper functioning of all clinic equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.

 

Business Development & Sales:

 

• Develop and implement marketing and business growth strategies.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Build and maintain partnerships with vendors and suppliers.

 

Customer Experience & Service Quality:

 

• Ensure an outstanding customer experience by delivering exceptional service standards.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.

 

 

 

 

Staff Management & Training:

 

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of aestheticians, dermatologists, therapists, and administrative staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
• Organize training sessions to ensure staffs are updated with the latest industry trends and techniques.

 

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:

 

• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and stock levels effectively.
• Prepare reports on clinic performance, revenue, and expenses.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of patient information.
