and video strategies that align with client objectives.
○ Oversee project timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, stay within budget,
and are delivered on time.
○ Create clear, actionable brand briefs and guide internal teams to align with client expectations.
● Team Leadership:
○ Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers and executives, fostering collaboration
between internal departments, including creative, content production, and strategy.
○ Promote a positive and collaborative work environment that drives high performance, encourage
teamwork and ensures that all departments are aligned with client goals.
● Performance Tracking:
○ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure client projects are successful.
○ Report progress, results, and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
● 10+ years of client servicing experience, with 3+ yrs as Account Director or above roles.
● Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in Digital Agencies.
● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
● Client-centric with a strong focus on relationship building.
● Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
● Strong organizational skills and adept at handling multiple projects.
