stakeholders to identify machinery needs and resolve any issues quickly.
Provide training and guidance to mechanics and machine operators on best practices
for equipment handling and preventive maintenance. Report on machinery performance, maintenance costs, and potential improvement
areas directly to the general manager.
Stay updated on the latest mechanical innovations and best practices in the heavy
machinery sector.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Regular Maintenance Checks:
o Completion of scheduled preventive maintenance checks as per the
established timelines for all machinery.2. Machinery Uptime:
o Ensure 95% or higher operational uptime of heavy construction machinery.
3. Spare Parts Availability:
o Maintain 100% availability of essential spares and filters for each upcoming
service.
4. Inventory Accuracy:
o Regular stock checks to maintain accuracy in inventory levels of machine
spares, with less than 2% discrepancy.5. Cost Efficiency:
o Ensure that maintenance and repair costs are within the allocated budget,
