Role Summary
Play the role of Finance Controller. Responsible for preparation of financials ensure sufficient budgetary controls, variance analysis, Process Digitization, Audits Assurance and reporting in line with the strategy of the company

What the role entails – Key accountabilities/ responsibilities
- Lead contribution from finance function in overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks, overseeing budgeting, accounting and Audits
- Lead Financial Accounting and reporting, Ind AS transition and reporting, statutory auditors and other stakeholders
- Partner with businesses to ensure business requirements are met as well as compliance with statutory requirements.
- To be responsible for accurate and on time financial reports and analysis, receivables and payables management, costing, managing insurance portfolio for all assets and finance operations
- Ensure performance of outsourced agency for SLA driven performance as per need of business for P2P and O2C cycles
- Managing tax compliances
- Ensure 100% implementation of SAP / ERP for all process of finance including operations, audit, PR-PO, Financial Reporting and MIS
- Lead team of professional across, project locations and HO

15 years of experience in finance controller role within a leading corporate with experience of managing large teams
Understanding of power and infrastructure
Comprehensive knowledge of IndAS, Accounting, P2P, O2C implementation, ERP implementation and use, Financial reporting and Budgeting
Experience of having led Controller finance function
Qualified Chartered Accountant

Ensures integrity of financials – Managing all finance and accounting operations
Ensure accuracy and completeness of company asset ledgers, inventory ledgers, and cost accounting

Ensure On time and accurate Cash Flow Statement, P&L, Balance Sheet and statutory financial reports.
To ensure monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of consolidated financial statements.
To ensure project/activity-based costing is prepared and variance is analyzed

Developing unified processes in streamlining accounting functions and operations
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
