- Good communication & presentation skills, Ms office skills. JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE PERFORMED - Studying & understanding various indirect goods / services requirement 
   from User Divisions.
- Identify competitive Candidates & make logical proposal to management.
- Prepare techno-commercial documents for RFQ activities.
- Send RFQ’s & independently handle / co-ordinate to resolve all techno-
  commercial queries of Candidate’s & obtain quotations. (RFQ through SAP 
  Ariba)
- Quotation study, cost analysis, market benchmark and prepare should be 
  price.Independently judge most competitive Source through evaluation of 
  various KPI’s.
- Prepare Comparative statements, Sourcing proposal documents & to 
  explain, obtain management approval.
- Create PO,Commercial terms, conditions & release PO in SAP.
- PO execution monitoring, co-ordinate for any amendment or payments 
  with User Division, Accounts & Finance Division. 
- To independently handle entire process of indirect procurement starting 
  from receiving the PR till Payment to Supplier ensuring all Compliances, 
  Checks & Balances.  Functional Competencies Required 
- Exposure to sourcing activities of any large-scale industries 
  mentioned above.
- Supply base knowledge of indirect goods / services of large-scale 
  industries. Good networking & benchmark information collection skills.
- Ability to independently resolve all queries of Supplier’s & User’s.
- Good communication skills, documentation & presentation skills.
- Exposure to imports procurement knowledge, Incoterms.Indirect Purchase Sourcing Majorly Involves:
- Civil Construction & other Facilities.
