Key Responsibilities:

· Act as an effective intermediatory between the team in Chennai and Clients in Thailand
· Act as a translator during official calls with Thailand clients.
· Responsible for translating documents from English to Thai
· Purpose and general responsibilities of the position
· General administration and registration of relevant issues associated with TMS clients
· Planning and conducting of courses in-house and externally with trusted partners
· Ensure relevant flow of information to management and toother relevant parties takes
place.
· Proactive monitoring and managing training needs
· Securing seats and booking courses
· Identifying and communicating with suitable vendors
· Delivery and update of certificates within relevant systems
· Processing of vendor invoices
· Secure proper documentation to the finance department for invoicing.
We are looking for:
· Fluency in Thai and English language – Both written and verbal.
· High competency in MS Office program - Well versed with MS- Excel
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Any graduate
