process and productivity.
▪ Ensuring uniformity in the process understanding at the client’s and the organization’s end.
▪ Delivering the agreed Budget for Indian Operations/ Business Unit for each financial year.
▪ Business planning through the production of a one-year tactical business plan demonstrating how the
Budget will be achieved and a three-year strategic business plan, updated annually, addressing the
future development of the Business Unit.
▪ Co-ordination of business development activities to secure Budgeted Orders at appropriate profit
margins and on acceptable commercial terms and conditions.
▪ Business monitoring on a regular basis covering forecasting (order intake, resource utilization etc.);
project performance; work-in-progress and invoicing issues; collection of debts/payment of creditors.
▪ Controlling the Business Unit overheads.
▪ Ensuring that all projects undertaken within the Business Unit are performed in accordance with the
Quality Management System, meet client expectations and meet proposed financial performance
targets.
▪ Taking the leading role in dealing with client complaints, commercial negotiations and resolving of
commercial disputes.
▪ Project Managing high profile, high risk or large-scale contracts in accordance with the Project
Management Requirements.
