tooling, plastics, medical devices, and consumer goods sectors.
· Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their
needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and
potential areas for growth.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company
objectives and targets.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing,
and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
· Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends
for senior management.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Plastics, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role within
the injection molding, tooling, plastics, medical devices, or consumer goods industries.
· Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
o Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Experience 10 - 15 years
