RoleRole & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the automotive and auto components industry. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and exceeding sales targets. You will use your communication skills to navigate complex sales cycles, and leverage your knowledge of the industry to create compelling proposals. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to shape the future growth of the company.
Main tasks include
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and generate leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and track progress.
- 6-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the automotive or auto components industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
