onsible for creation of business plan and roadmap for admission and marketing keeping in mind long term goals. • Work along with BD Manger to Conceptualizing and execution of advertising (Print/Digital Media), promotions, schemes, event management such as exhibitions and developing / co coordinating with various marketing & advertising agencies and also update in Website. • Coordinate with Educational consultants across India and overseas and also establish and manage SLA with external sales agencies for recruitments. • Work along with BD to Prepare and manage the annual business budget exercising cost control measures, ensuring that opportunities to optimize revenues and reduce costs are identified and delivered. • Work along with BD Manager to increase the brand visibility by initiating innovative, effective and cost-effective tools like social media marketing, outdoor media activities. • Ensure and actively engage in the marketing activities for the admission process like student database management, feedback of counselling, Market research, facilitating students and parents etc. • To Ensure that the given number of students are achieved within the defined time frame for each academic year work along with admission counselors/Tele callers. • Any other task given by the Accountable Manager and Business Development Manager from time to time. • To ensure the business development process and student numbers are achieved as per the target set by the accountable manager. INTERACTIONS External - Airlines / MRO’s, Overseas Clients, Universities, Educational bodies, Other relevant stakeholders.
Internal - BD Manager, Training Manager, Quality Manager, Examination Manager, Internal Tele caller Team. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE • Masters in Marketing or Equivalent 4-7 years of experience. 2-5 Year Aviation training related experience preffered
