Key Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain simulation equipment.
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and performance evaluations.
- Train hospital/college staff on usage and handling of simulation systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for upgrades, spare parts, and customer feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation of service reports and equipment logs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant field/service experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across client locations (pan-India).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in service documentation.
