Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business
- L1 POC for existing marketplace clients
- Interact with existing marketplace clients on a daily basis/weekly basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration for successful outcomes
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to set up and manage promotions
- Effective reporting and analytics skills
- Document recommendations and ensure implementation leads to improved performance
