Role description: • Build strong relationship across Regional Sales hierarchy in Wealth Management and Private sector Banking set-ups to leverage for mobilizing funds. Positioning the product appropriately with Advisor and converting them to distribute.• Sales documentation, data collation and reporting. Co-ordinating with the respective departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, regular monitoring and redressal of the post sales queries.• Achieving agreed financial targets and profit growth through the development of existing and new relationships.• Assisting Wealth Managers and Advisors on joint calls with customers for Sales closure. Candidate description: • Strong understanding of capital markets and other financial products. Understanding of Private Market is preferred but not necessary.• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Financial Services sector, preferably with an Asset Management Company or a PMS / AIF manager.• Deep understanding of the sales process.• Excellent Communication Skills and fluency in English and one regional language is desired.• Network and use market intelligence for increasing reach in the market• Strong negotiation skills.
