Location: Chennai
Experience: Minimum 10 - 15 years experience, out of which 5 years of proven track record at Sr Management level in a fast growing world class fastener manufacturing organization. Exposure to fasteners, operations, manufacturing, Vendor development, sales and support functions. Exposure to fastener processes like Hot Forging, Heat Treatment, Machining, Thread Rolling, and different Coatings.
Qualification: Any engineering
Responsibilities:
Heading operations & supply chain of Fast growing fastener manufacturing division
Technological up-gradation, Automation, and Capacity expansion on a global scale.
To lead the team for the implementation of various operational excellence initiatives like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen, leading to Business Excellence.
Contribute significantly in Employee satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction.
