Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to
support the HRBP team in aligning HR strategies with the school’s goals. This role will assist in
the delivery of HR services, including talent management, performance management, employee ...
relations, and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with
school leadership and employees to create a positive and productive work environment,
ensuring that the HR function adds value to the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support HRBP Strategy Implementation:
○ Assist in executing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall goals
and enhance organizational performance.
○ Collaborate with senior HR leaders and department heads to identify HR needs
and provide tailored HR solutions.
2. Employee Relations & Support:
○ Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries,
providing guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
○ Help address employee concerns and issues, providing support for conflict
resolution and maintaining a positive work environment.
○ Assist with disciplinary processes, ensuring they align with policies and labor
laws.3. Performance Management & Development:
○ Support the implementation and management of the performance appraisal
system, helping managers set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and
provide feedback.
○ Assist in the creation of development plans for employees and help track their
progress to ensure alignment with school goals.
○ Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and support
in addressing performance-related issues.
4. Talent Management & Succession Planning:
○ Assist in talent management processes, including identifying and developing
future leaders.
○ Support the identification of high-potential employees and assist with succession
planning to ensure the leadership pipeline is strong.5. Employee Engagement & Retention:
○ Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and
retention.○ Assist in the collection and analysis of employee feedback through surveys,
focus groups, and other engagement tools.
○ Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement initiatives that enhance
employee well-being and morale.6. Organizational Development & Change Management:
○ Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during
organizational changes or restructuring.
○ Contribute to creating and implementing strategies that improve organizational
efficiency and communication.
7. HR Reporting & Analytics:
○ Help track HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction.
○ Assist in preparing regular HR reports to present to leadership, providing insights
and recommendations based on HR data and trends.
○ Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
8. Compliance & HR Policies:
○ Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor
laws and school regulations.
○ Help maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive
information.
○ Assist in ensuring that the school’s HR practices adhere to industry best
practices and legal requirements.9. Administrative Support:
○ Provide administrative support to the HRBP team, including scheduling meetings,
organizing employee programs, and maintaining HR documentation.
○ Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as required, ensuring deadlines are
met and objectives are achieved.Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related
field.
● 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years of experience in an HRBP or HR
support role, ideally in an educational environment.
● Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong
relationships with employees and leadership.
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
priorities.
● Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative HR team.
● High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
● Willing to travel to our group of institutes.Preferred Skills:
● Experience in the education sector is a plus.
● Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
