Job Responsibility:
 The candidate shall have good administrative skills.
 Production Planning, Procurement Planning as per Sales Orders, Inventory Planning
& Control.
 Input Management, Inventory Management – RM/PM, WIP, Finished Products.
 Good knowledge of Screen printing and Pad printing.
 Achievement of Production & Dispatch targets through In-House production.
 Ensure In-Process & Final Product Quality through implementation of proper Quality
System In-House.
 Proactive Maintenance Schedule to minimise downtime for Machines, Tools /
Moulds, & Utilities.
 Cost Control through Controlling/Improving usage Efficiency.
 KRA’s includes Optimum inventory levels, logistic cost, & Customer Service Index.
 Finished Goods dispatch plans in coordination with Sales Planning, Outward
movements.
 Co-ordination among different departments including H.O to ensure smooth flow of
technical & managerial expertise.
 Keeping Company’s overall perspective in mind, coordinating & monitoring the
functional departments for new product as well as customer development by
