o Current plants capacity analysis and improvement by lean manufacturing

o New plant layout design based on Lean manufacturing techniques.
4. In-house Manufacturing:
o Design and oversee the production of in-house trolleys, tables, bins, and other
manufacturing aids.
o Ensure these in-house manufactured items meet quality and functionality
standards.
5. MIS and MES:
o Oversee the development and maintenance of the Spectrum Manufacturing
System.
o Standardize and streamline all major reports to ensure accurate and timely
information flow.
o Ensure the effective implementation and utilization of the Manufacturing
Execution System (MES
6. Training and Development:
o Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for operators and staff on
new processes, systems, and equipment.
o Ensure all staff are knowledgeable and skilled in their respective roles and
responsibilities.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
7. Leadership and Management:
o Lead and manage the Process Innovation Cell team, providing direction and
support to achieve departmental goals.
o Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and
development.
o Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders to
ensure alignment on process innovation initiatives.
