Networking: TCP/IP, Subnetting, Routing, and Switching Concepts, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewalls, Troubleshooting, W-Fi Networks, AP, Coonfigurations
Server Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, File Server Permissions Management
Virtualization: Hands-on experience with VMware, Vsphere, Vcenter for managing virtual machines.
Understanding virtual networks, snapshots, and backup of virtual environments, Firewall, VPN
Backup and disaster recovery solutions like Veeam Backup & Replication
Communiation: 0365, MS Exchange, MS Apps (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint etc.),
Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues related to PC, Networks Software troubleshooting for business-critical applications.
Printer and peripheral device support.
End User Support: Support to End-Users for routine issue related to PC, E-Mail, Printer, Wi-Fi etc.
IT Security: Experience with firewalls and basic IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems
Secure Remote access tools, Multifactor Authentication
Additional: Knowledge of CCTV, Door Access, PA System, ISP Co-ordination
Project Mgt Skills:
