3. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive
working environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
4. Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process and help develop performance
improvement plans as needed.
5. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour regulations and employment laws. Maintain
employee records and HR documentation as per company policies.
6. Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
to improve organizational efficiency.
7. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring statistics) to support
executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
