Key Responsibilities:

In-Process Inspection & Testing
Conduct in-process quality checks at slitting, punching, notching, stator stack building, and rotor die-casting stages.
Ensure adherence to inspection and testing protocols.
Supervise the use of automated inspection systems (vision systems, CMM, laser measuring devices).
Root Cause Analysis & CAPA
Investigate quality issues and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformance.
Track recurring defects and initiate improvement projects.
Customer Complaints & Problem Solving
Address customer complaints using 8D problem-solving methodology.
Ensure preventive actions are established to avoid repeat issues.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality concerns proactively.
Assembly Quality Management
Monitor quality standards for stator core, rotor, and sub-assemblies.
Analyze internal test bed rejections and implement corrective actions.
Track manpower efficiency and productivity in quality control processes.
Collaboration & Training
Work closely with notching, high-speed punching, and assembly teams.
Conduct training sessions for workmen on quality standards and best practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality.
