Key Responsibilities:
 Support the development of architectural designs from conceptualization to detailed
construction drawings.
 Engage in project meetings, ensuring design objectives are in harmony with client visions.
 Produce compelling 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
 Assist in preparing documentation for planning and building applications.
 Collaborate in solving design and construction challenges with the guidance of senior
architects.
 Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to introduce
innovative ideas into projects.
 Review of Design & Drawings to making sure designs are functional and economical,
preparing feasibility reports,
 Consultant Coordination
 Preparing in-house design options, construction drawings, area statements & comparisons if
any.
 Maintaining drawing register and drawings documentations in soft and hardcopies
 Choosing the appropriate materials
 Consulting with other professionals in the industry
 Making site inspections
 Preparing design feasibility reports,
 Material Selection – taking quotes from various vendors to shortlist best quote.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) with a commendable academic record.
Up to 5-7 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to Commercial
projects worked with Builder / Developer Firm , Well versed in designing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
Solid understanding of architectural design principles and familiarity with planning regulations.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a penchant for collaborative problem-solving.
A portfolio that showcases a variety of projects, reflecting both creativity and technical skill.
A proactive, detail-oriented individual ready to embrace challenges.
